National Disability Independence Day 2024
As we approach National Disability Independence Day on July 26th, it is essential to reflect on the significance of inclusivity in our workplaces and communities. This day, marking the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), serves as a reminder of our collective responsibility to ensure equal opportunities and independence for all individuals, regardless of their abilities.

Recognizing and understanding invisible disabilities is crucial for fostering empathy, awareness, and support for those who live with these conditions.
